Housing market bubble hasn’t been bursted yet. There will be a foreclosure spike in the near future. If that happens and most definitely will happen, today’s bargain will be tomorrow’s worthless.
It is foolish to buy a house comparing the prices when it was at the highest. Like any other investment, buy low, sell high, still works.
